The location was excellent in the middle of the city.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Exeter, had much fun. My room was clean and lovely with an amazing bathroom. The location was convenient in the nice area. I went to nearby Quo Vadis and tried their local food.

The rooms here are comfortable and equipped with an electric kettle, work desk, and TV; also, the location is excellent, being so close to a nice area and the river.
